Send a tip
Some of the most important public interest stories begin with one person who notices something wrong and keeps a record. If you have documents, data or first-hand knowledge about the misuse of public power or public money, we want to hear from you.
What makes a strong tip
- Documents: orders, letters, file notings, RTI replies, contracts, audit findings, photos or data.
- Specifics: names of offices, dates, places and amounts.
- How you know: whether you saw it yourself, received it, or heard it from someone else.
How to reach us
Email devv@agnicorpmedia.com. Use a personal email account rather than an office account, and avoid sending from a work device. If the material is sensitive, write first without attachments and we will reply with a safer way to share it.
What happens next
A member of our editorial team reads every tip. We verify documents independently before we report on them, and we seek a response from anyone we plan to write about. Not every tip becomes a story, but every one is read.
How we protect you
We do not publish the identity of a confidential source. We do not share your contact details with anyone outside our editorial team. Please do not break the law to obtain information, and do not send material you know to be forged.
We cannot offer legal advice. If you are a government employee, you may want to read about the Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2014 and your service conduct rules before sharing official material.
